[Bug]: .onmicrosoft domain showing dmarc not enabled #4920

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.

  I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.

  I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

We have observed a few alerts coming in for domains with weaker than 75% (max score for .onmicrosoft domains) and its incorrectly picked up dmarc being not enabled. When we check with domain checker (in cipp) it shows as enabled. We utilise the standard to enable this (dmarc reject all). It seems to come and go.
